Over 8000 international volunteers have joined us since 1994, with the majority of focus being on education. Originally focused solely on the local orphanages, thanks to volunteer growth the focus has expanded to include additional needs in the community. One area of true need is health education and treatment."I was really surprised at the obvious poverty level of the surrounding community. There is no doubt that there is an enormous need to do all we can to help these people in whatever way we can. Orphanage Outreach is committed to using funding responsibly. We work hard everyday to keep overhead costs low, so that as much funding as possible goes directly to the program and the communities we are supporting. On average, 97% of funds received through donors and volunteers goes directly to supplement the cost of our programs.
Note: 100% of direct fund donations support that funds cause and any amount raised above the minimum program donation goes directly to the program.
Tax documentation
Orphanage Outreach is a 501c3 non-profit organization. All U.S. donors are eligible for a tax-deduction. Each donor will receive a tax receipt at the end of the year
